Excersise with the internet
There are tons of videos, most of them annoying or not professional, so you'll need to search a little before you'll be able to find the ones that fit you.
Follow this three routines, in this exact order, every day for three months and you'll see the result.
It only takes 30minutes in total ... it takes less to do it than finding an excuse not to.
If you want to cool down nicely and have time, add the fourth routine.
My suggestion is to start the day with it, but it could also be done before going to bed.
Eventually, with time, you could try it twice a day.
